Timeout on sending data

Hello, All!

I have an LG4400x, correct cable using 7.3 bitpim and XP Pro.

In the past I've not normally had a problem importing my comma delimited
file and send data up to the phone. Today I am. All of my previous
experience was on w2k but wouldn't expect a difference here.

I can connect with the phone, download data, upload ringers and wallpaper
and 'apparently' upload a fair amount of of my phonebook, but about 1/2
trough it I get an error message that my "Device needs attention:, the phone
is not respnding while manipulating the phonebook. Troubleshooting
help isn't any help that I can find. The problem seems to occur about the
same place every time, best I can tell.

I even tried to download my phone data and not change it and just send it
back to the phone and I get the same error message.

This is not a cable problem - it is repeatable at will. I recall back last
year I had this problem but don't recall how I got it fixed. Anyone have any
ideas. Below are logs from bitpim.
