How do I change default message?

Please note hte "Hello, All" and "With best regards, Joker. E-mail:
post_master-***@public.gmane.org" in this message. How do I change these. It must
be in fidolook somewhere, but I cannot seem to locate it. What is it
called? It does not appear to be a signature, more of a template or
possibly "skin"?

Templates->Settings, Templates tab.
Now find your template here in the tree ('New mail' for your new e-mails) and open properties for it (double click or 'Edit..' button)
