FL bld. 94 released

Hello, all.

Fidolook Express HL94 (Feb 28, 2005) was released today:
- new feature: group names shortening in the folders list;
- two options were added to the tray menu: Send/Recv & Sync All;
- new feature: if FL starts in minimized mode and the tray icon is enabled,
FL hides automatically.
- bugfix: a carriage return was added to any template header value;
- bugfix: message parts are sorted incorrectly in the Combine & Decode
dialog.
