Hi,

Sometimes I need to use Fidolook both at work and at home. I do not want to
re-type those words again. If I can transfer these settings easily, it will
be very appreciated.

but,how to export and import the templates ?

There's a file named as {BE4CB706-A972-4827-9A39-BF68E76F5A0D} in the
%ProgramFiles%\Fidolook folder. It contains all templates for your current
identity (that number is the identity id).

hi, George!

Yes, I had noticed that file. I also tried to open this file with text
editor such as EmEditor. I can recognize some string as template in that
file. But I am still suspicious about my founding. Your reply comfirmed me.

In addition, if I transplant this file to another computer, and there maybe
has no such a same ID, will this file take effect?

Thank you !

It's a binary file, you shouldn't edit it with a text editor.

If you will restore the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities key on another machine,
it will destroy the old identity information (it's Ok for empty new
identities), so this file will be used as well as on the old machine.
